Hiking undertaking, Indemnity

By registering for and participating in this hiking event, I acknowledge and agree that hiking involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, injury, encounters with wildlife, unpredictable weather conditions, and varying trail conditions that may result in personal injury or property damage. I hereby assume all risks associated with my participation in the hiking activity and release the organizers, volunteers, and any associated parties from any liability for personal injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from or arising out of my participation in this hiking event. I understand the importance of following safety guidelines, being adequately prepared with proper gear, and being responsible for my own safety during the hike. I certify that I am physically & mentally capable of participating in this hiking activity and will adhere to all rules and instructions provided by the organizers.

I hereby declare that I am not participating against medical advice or treatment and that I have not been diagnosed by a registered doctor as having a terminal illness. I further declare that in the event that I feel ill or unwell, have any physical complaints whatsoever or if an injury sustained of any kind during the course of hiking activities, I will notify the guide  and/or organizer immediately and before moving away from the immediate vicinity. Furthermore, I indemnify and hold harmless and free from any and all liabilities which may arise by my willfully participating in this activity/hike/trip, howsoever arising.
